The Capitol of Dougga is an exceptionally well-preserved 2nd century (c. 166-167 AD) Roman temple located at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Dougga in Tunisia. Dedicated to the Capitoline triad (Jupiter, Juno, Minerva), it is distinguished by its imposing Corinthian columns and its dominant position.
Built of hard limestone, the temple is erected on a high podium and has a majestic facade with columns almost 10 meters high.
Considered one of the most impressive Roman monuments in North Africa, it is notable for its architectural integrity.
