Marseillaise, by Rude

The Departure of the Volunteers of 1792, also entitled La Marseillaise or the Song of Departure, is a monumental stone high-relief, sculpted by François Rude between 1833 and 1836, located on the east facade of the north right foot of the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile.
