International Year of People with Disabilities
This stamp is part of a process of social awareness and recognition of the rights of people with disabilities, highlighting the values of participation, equality and integration. The firmly rooted tree, associated with an institutional emblem, symbolizes dignity, growth and the full place of each individual within society. The illustration suggests that human diversity constitutes collective wealth and that social development is based on inclusion.
