Also designed by Hatem El Mekki, this stamp belongs to a series dedicated to the rich Tunisian oral heritage. The illustration, with bright colors and a modern style, evokes figures from popular tales. We recognize evocations of traditional characters such as the “old witch” (Azouza) or fantastic creatures. The graphics include stylized Arabic inscriptions referring to the world of wonder. This stamp aims to preserve and promote the Tunisian collective imagination, a pillar of cultural identity and a precious link between generations.
