20th Anniversary of Planned Parenthood

This stamp commemorates twenty years since the official creation of the national family planning program, an avant-garde reform initiated under the leadership of Habib Bourguiba. Moncef Mansi's illustration is highly symbolic: two adult hands, united and intertwined, support and protect the stylized silhouette of a child's face.
