Perseverance Congress. Democratic Constitutional Rally

This issue commemorates the congress of the Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD), the party in power at the time, held in July 1993. The stylized illustration presents the party's logo (a crescent surrounding the map of Tunisia with a torch) on a dynamic red background. Entitled "Congress of Perseverance", this stamp aimed to illustrate the continuity of political action and the party's commitment to the development of the country. The sober and institutional graphics underline the importance of this body in the organization of public life and the consolidation of the orientations of the Tunisian State during this decade.
