The National Employment Fund 21-21

The National Employment Fund, known as the 21-21 Fund, is a Tunisian mechanism created by the finance law of December 31, 1999 (and launched in 1998) to stimulate employment, particularly that of young people. It finances training, professional integration and self-employment via ANETI.
