Fantasy
This stamp exalts the tradition of “Fantasia” (or Lab el-Baroud), an ancestral equestrian demonstration which occupies a central place in popular festivals and festivals in Tunisia. Through the image of a rider in traditional attire controlling his rearing mount, the program pays homage to the culture of the bearded horse and the values of courage, nobility and warrior virtuosity inherited from nomadic history. It is a celebration of collective memory and living folklore, recalling the importance of the links between man and animal in the construction of the socio-cultural identity of rural and Saharan regions.
