Democratic Constitutional Rally “Congress of Ambition”

The “Congress of Ambition” is the 4th congress of the Constitutional Democratic Rally (RCD), the party in power in Tunisia under Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, held in July 2003. It marked the preparation of the 2004 presidential election, aimed at consolidating the power in place and ensuring the re-election of the outgoing president.
