Elyssa (Dido), Queen of Carthage

Dido, Elyssa, Elissa, Elisha, Elysha or Helissa is a Phoenician princess, legendary founder and first queen of Carthage. Arriving from the coasts of Phoenicia to the coasts of North Africa, in present-day Tunisia, she founded the city of Carthage.
