Globularia alypum (Globularia alypum)
This stamp illustrates the Globular alypum, known locally as “Zrigua” because of its characteristic purplish blue floral pompoms. Very widespread in the reliefs of northern and central Tunisia, this plant occupies a special place in traditional herbalism for its medicinal virtues. The show celebrates the country's wild flora as a living natural pharmacopoeia, recalling the inseparable link between Tunisian rural identity and the preservation of indigenous plant species with centuries-old therapeutic properties.
