Salvation Congress of the Democratic Constitutional Rally
This stamp marks a major turning point in the contemporary political history of Tunisia: the “Salvation Congress” (July 1988) which transformed the Destourian Socialist Party into the Constitutional Democratic Rally (R.C.D.).
