Congress of the Destourian Socialist Party - 60 millimes
The congress was held from September 12 to 15, 1974 in Monastir. The delegates proclaimed Bourguiba president for life of the PSD and recommended to the Chamber of Deputies to reform the constitution with a view to awarding him the presidency of the Republic for life.
